CLI cross-site scripting via unescaped SSO errors

Cross-site scripting in Argo Project Argo CD CLI before 1.7.13 and 1.8.0 through 1.8.5 allows attackers to execute JavaScript via SSO errors. The oauth2Login callback in cmd/argocd/commands/login.go writes SSO error and error_description values to an HTTP error response without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires a malicious or compromised SSO provider to return a crafted error while a user signs in through the CLI, causing script execution in the local callback page.
