Command injection in Bitovi Launchpad before 0.8.0 allows attackers to execute operating-system commands through a crafted process name. The local Instance code interpolates an unsanitized process name into shell command strings used to identify and stop browser processes. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled process data into the library; successful input runs commands with the host process's privileges.
