Prototype pollution via unchecked section names

Prototype pollution in iniparserjs 1.0.4 and earlier allows attackers to modify inherited properties through crafted INI sections. In ini_parser.js, a section name such as proto resolves through an inherited-property lookup, and the parser then assigns its keys onto Object.prototype. Exploitation requires a consuming Node.js application to parse attacker-controlled INI content; resulting effects depend on its use of polluted properties.
