An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Database 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, and 19c allows remote authenticated users to compromise LogMiner. Oracle identifies the LogMiner component but has not published the affected code locus or the incorrect operation on untrusted input. Exploitation requires DBA privilege over Oracle Net and allows reading some LogMiner data, altering any accessible data, or causing a hang or repeatable crash.
