Improper exceptional-condition handling in CrafterCMS 3.1 before 3.1.13 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. Crafter Software has not published which configuration-writing handler accepts the overwrite or which exceptional condition goes unhandled. Administrator privileges are required, and overwriting the system configuration interrupts availability without reported data exposure or code execution.
