Stored XSS in user_admin.php in The Cacti Group Cacti 1.1.38 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The Copy action accepts the new_username value without neutralizing web markup, stores it as the copied account name, and later renders that name in the user interface. The attacker needs User Management permission, and exploitation requires another user to view the crafted username.
