Cross-tenant data access via exposed registry methods
Published Apr 25, 2023 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Sandbox escape in Odoo Community and Enterprise 15.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read or modify other tenants' data. Core registry instances retained registry-management methods after initialization, enabling crafted requests to reach registries for other databases on the same server. Exploitation requires administrator rights within one tenant and a multi-tenant deployment; it permits cross-tenant database reads and writes without reported service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
