Improper certificate validation in Gallagher Mobile Connect for Android before 15.04.040 allows attackers to impersonate the Command Centre Server. Gallagher identifies the cloud certificate-chain validation path as the locus but has not published the specific validation step that fails. The attacker must obtain a man-in-the-middle position between the app and its server, after which the fraudulent endpoint can handle the app's server traffic.
