A Web Listener flaw in Oracle HTTP Server 11.1.1.9.0, 12.2.1.3.0, and 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the flawed Web Listener operation or the input that reaches it. Exploitation requires no authentication but depends on interaction by a person other than the attacker; impact is limited to some server-accessible data.
