Cross-site scripting via unescaped image parameters

Cross-site scripting in Joomla! CMS 3.1.0 through 3.9.23 allows remote attackers to execute script via com_tags image parameters. Multiple com_tags views render image-related parameter values without HTML escaping, causing browsers to interpret crafted values as executable markup. A victim must load an affected tag view; the script then runs in the site's origin and can read or alter data accessible to that browser session.
