Incorrect access control in Joomla! CMS 3.0.0 through 3.9.23 allows remote attackers to read restricted module names via com_modules. The orderPosition endpoint returns names of unpublished or otherwise inaccessible modules without applying its ACL checks. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the exposed data is limited to module names rather than content or configuration.
