Unauthenticated TMM crash via DNS cache requests

Denial of service in F5 Networks BIG-IP 15.1.x before 15.1.3.1 and 16.x before 16.1.0 allows remote attackers to terminate TMM. F5 has not disclosed how the DNS cache resolver mishandles the requests before the Traffic Management Microkernel process exits. Exposure requires a DNS cache resolver profile on a virtual server, and exploitation crashes traffic processing without reported data access or modification.
