XXE in Oracle OSS Support Tools Diagnostic Assistant before 2.12.41 allows remote authenticated users to read service-accessible data via HTTP. The XML parser follows an external-entity URI from a crafted document and embeds the retrieved content into the document for processing. High-privileged authentication is required, and disclosure is limited to data readable by the service account.
