Authenticated actions via iControl SOAP CSRF

Cross-site request forgery in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ through iControl SOAP allows remote attackers to perform actions as a logged-in user. The iControl SOAP endpoint accepts state-changing requests without adequate CSRF protections, allowing a malicious web page to induce a victim's browser to submit SOAP operations. Exploitation requires a victim authenticated to the management interface and can alter configuration or disclose and disrupt system operations.
