Resource exhaustion in F5 Networks BIG-IP allows remote attackers to restart TMM and trigger failover via fragmented IP traffic. TMM buffers packet fragments for reassembly but can consume excessive resources while retaining fragment state from unspecified IP traffic. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded consequence is traffic interruption during restart or failover.
