Reflected XSS via undisclosed Configuration utility page
Published Feb 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in F5 Networks BIG-IP allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a logged-in Configuration utility user's session. The affected page and the input reflected without neutralization are undisclosed in F5's public record. Exploitation requires Fraud Protection Service to be provisioned and a logged-in user to interact with attacker-controlled input; script execution is bounded to that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=16.0.x before 16.0.1, 15.1.x before 15.1.1, 14.1.x before 14.1.2.8, 13.1.x before 13.1.3.5, and all 12.1.x versions
