Server-Side Request Forgery in Concrete CMS 8.5.6 and earlier and 9.0.0 lets remote authenticated users read local files via remote importing. The remote file upload interface accepts local IP destinations, causing server-side requests into private networks and permitting DNS-rebinding bypass of SSRF mitigation. Access requires an authenticated account able to use remote file importing; impact is limited to confidentiality and network pivoting, with no stated write or service-interruption capability.
