Privilege escalation in Ubiquiti UniFi Protect 1.18.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain owner privileges. Ubiquiti has not published the affected component or the operation that incorrectly elevates a view-only account. A view-only role and network access are required; successful exploitation replaces read-only authorization with owner-equivalent access.
