CVE-2021-22913Network attack vector

Sharee-query disclosure via default lookup-server search

Published Jun 11, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Information disclosure in Nextcloud Deck before 1.2.7 and before 1.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to expose sharee queries. Deck sends sharee search terms to the public lookup server by default rather than restricting them to the local Nextcloud server. A logged-in user must initiate a sharee search; global lookup need not be selected, and the disclosed data is limited to the submitted search terms.
