Published Feb 17, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in ChanGate Property Management System 1.00 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the hosting server. Account-level access reaches upload fields whose misconfigured file-type filter accepts unrestricted executable files. A valid low-privilege account is required; a successful upload grants access to the hosting machine and permits arbitrary command or file execution.
