SMTP credential disclosure via unprotected project-file storage

Credential exposure in Schneider Electric engineering software allows attackers with project-file access to read stored SMTP mailbox credentials. Project-file serialization stores the mailbox authentication secret without sufficient protection; Schneider Electric has not published the exact encoding or storage routine. EcoStruxure Control Expert before 15.0 SP1, all Unity Pro versions, EcoStruxure Process Expert before 2021 including Hybrid DCS, and all SCADAPack RemoteConnect for x70 versions are affected; obtaining a project file is required and the disclosed impact is credential exposure only.
