Module reset via malformed TriStation packets

Improper condition handling in Schneider Electric Triconex Model 3009 MP on Tricon 11.3.x allows attackers to reset the module. The controller fails to reject malformed TriStation packets received through the TCM and resets instead of handling the exceptional input safely. The TCM must receive the crafted traffic while the write-protect keyswitch is in the program position, and the resulting impact is a service interruption.
