Code execution via unchecked VPR data length

Stack-based buffer overflows in Fuji Electric Tellus Lite V-Simulator and V-Server Lite before 4.0.10.0 allow attackers to execute code. The VPR project-file parser copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length stack buffer without first validating its length. Execution requires a user to open the malicious file, and resulting code runs in the context of the affected process.
