Cross-user report disclosure via shared temporary directory

Insecure temporary files in Google SA360 WebQuery to BigQuery Exporter 1.0.2 and earlier allow local users to read other users' reports. TransferRunner stages WebQuery CSV reports in the shared system temporary directory before uploading them to Cloud Storage and BigQuery. Any local low-privileged account with access to that directory can read another user's report during the staging window.
