Missing authorization in OpenText Application Automation Tools Plugin 6.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to initiate outbound connections. Form-validation methods accept attacker-selected URLs, usernames, and passwords and open server-side connections without checking authorization. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; the bounded effect is an outbound connection from the Jenkins controller to an attacker-selected endpoint.
