Unauthenticated certificate validation bypass

Improper certificate validation in OpenText Application Automation Tools Plugin 6.7 and earlier allows attackers to disable SSL/TLS checks for Service Virtualization connections. The plugin unconditionally turns off certificate validation when connecting to Service Virtualization servers, accepting certificates that should fail trust verification. Any attacker able to influence or observe such a connection can enable man-in-the-middle interception, while the advisory does not report direct code execution or service interruption.
