An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Database 18c and 19c allows remote authenticated users to alter Unified Audit data through Oracle Net. Oracle has not published the vulnerable procedure or the incorrect operation it performs on attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires the high-privilege Create Audit Policy capability and can update, insert, or delete only data accessible to the Unified Audit component.
