Access control failure in Oracle Time and Labor allows remote authenticated users to read and alter timecard data through HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected Timecard operation or the incorrect authorization decision that accepts the HTTP request. Low-privileged accounts can reach affected versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10; exploitation permits reading, creation, deletion, or modification of accessible data.
