Samgr service interruption via integer underflow

Integer underflow in Samgr on Huawei smartphones running EMUI 11.0.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt the Samgr service. Huawei has not published the affected Samgr code path or the arithmetic operation that permits the integer value to wrap. The published network vector requires neither authentication nor user interaction, and the documented consequence is limited to denial of service in Samgr.
