CVE-2021-22275Network attack vector

Cyclic-program stoppage via unchecked file uploads

Published May 13, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Buffer overflow in B&R Automation Runtime webserver before 4.91 allows remote attackers to stop the cyclic program through file uploads. The webserver applies insufficient bounds checks while handling uploaded files, causing a memory violation that destabilizes the runtime.
