Membership restriction bypass via email-domain validation

Improper input validation in GitLab EE 12.2 through 14.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to add project members from blocked email domains. Invitation handling accepts an email address without enforcing the group’s configured membership-domain restriction, so a project can add a user whose domain policy should reject. The attacker needs low-level authenticated project permissions, and the consequence is unauthorized membership and resulting project access rather than code execution or data disclosure.
