Group access via invite URL email mismatch

Authorization bypass in GitLab 7.10 through 14.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to enter groups via another user's invite URL. Invitation redemption fails to bind the URL to its intended email address, so an existing GitLab account can accept a link issued for someone else. Exploitation requires an authenticated GitLab account and a specially issued invitation; the consequence is unauthorized group access, not arbitrary server execution.
