Phishing redirection via unsanitized profile full name

HTML injection in GitLab CE before 13.11.6, 13.12.6, and 14.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to inject links via full names. The profile full-name value is rendered as HTML in project breadcrumb navigation without neutralizing anchor tags, allowing its target to replace the namespace link. An attacker needs a GitLab account, and another user must browse the attacker's project and follow the link; the demonstrated consequence is redirection to a phishing page.
