Victim-authorized actions via reflected release-edit input

Reflected XSS in affected GitLab releases before 13.11.6, 13.12.6, and 14.0.2 allows remote attackers to act through victims. The release-editing page reflects attacker-controlled request input into generated HTML without sufficient neutralization. Exploitation requires a victim to open a malicious link, after which injected script can issue actions with that victim's GitLab session.
