Victim-authorized mutations via tokenless GraphQL GET requests

Cross-site request forgery in GitLab 13.12 through 13.12.5 and 14.0 through 14.0.1 allows remote attackers to invoke GraphQL mutations. The /api/graphql endpoint accepts mutation operations sent by GET without requiring the X-CSRF-Token header enforced for POST requests. A logged-in victim must open attacker-controlled content, after which the browser can submit mutations with the victim's session and create or alter data within that user's permissions.
