Victim-session PUT requests via feature-flag XSS

Cross-site scripting in GitLab 11.9 through 13.11.5, 13.12 through 13.12.5, and 14.0 through 14.0.1 allows remote attackers to issue PUT requests. The public record identifies the feature-flag name as the injection vector but does not disclose the rendering function or failed neutralization operation. Exploitation requires a user to click the crafted link; injected client-side code can then submit state-changing requests with that user's session.
