Stored XSS via retained notebook data attributes

XSS in GitLab 13.10 through 13.10.4, 13.11 through 13.11.4, and 13.12 through 13.12.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script. DOMPurify retains attacker-controlled data attributes in rendered notebook HTML, and rails-ujs interprets them to load JavaScript. A victim must click the transparent overlay while signed in; the script then acts within that victim's browser session and accessible projects.
