Data exposure in GitLab EE 13.11 through 13.11.4 and 13.12 through 13.12.1 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-project rotation data. GitLab has not published the affected endpoint or the authorization operation that failed to enforce project isolation. Exploitation requires project-owner access; the disclosed consequence is limited to information about members' on-call rotations in other projects.
