Denial of service via MS-WSP resource exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in the MS-WSP dissector in Wireshark 3.4.0 through 3.4.4 and 3.2.0 through 3.2.12 allows attackers to interrupt analysis. The dissector consumes excessive memory and CPU while parsing malformed packet data, but the vendor has not published the exact unbounded operation. The input must be injected onto a monitored network or opened as a crafted capture file, and successful processing exhausts analyzer resources.
