Private project-name disclosure via distinct 404 responses

Information disclosure in affected GitLab releases allows remote authenticated users to confirm private project names through response differences. The toggle_star.json endpoint returns an empty JSON 404 for an existing inaccessible project but an HTML 404 for a nonexistent path, creating a response oracle. A logged-in attacker who can guess a private group and project path can test names in 7.1 through 13.6.5, 13.7.0 through 13.7.5, and 13.8.0 through 13.8.1; the result reveals existence only, not repository contents.
