Authenticated code execution via Kramdown inline options

Code injection in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users with wiki push access to execute arbitrary Ruby code on the server. Wiki rendering passes attacker-controlled Kramdown inline Rouge formatter options to constant lookup, and a Redis driver path traverses to and loads an uploaded Ruby file. Exploitation requires permission to push a crafted non-Markdown wiki page and upload the payload, after which code runs in the GitLab server context.
