Stored script execution via unescaped target branch

Stored XSS in GitLab 13.7.0 through 13.7.5 and 13.8.0 through 13.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. The merge request page renders an attacker-controlled target branch name without escaping its executable markup. A project user must create a maliciously named branch and merge request, and another user must view it; execution remains confined to the viewer's browser context.
