Repository disclosure via incorrect archive cache headers

Information exposure in GitLab allows remote attackers to read member-only repository archives over HTTP under affected releases. The repository archive response uses incorrect cache headers, allowing an archive generated for an authorized member to be served temporarily to unauthenticated requests. Exploitation requires a public project with repository access restricted to members and a member archive request while an attacker repeatedly polls its predictable URL.
