Root command execution via unsanitized SAML name

OS command injection in affected Fortinet FortiWeb releases allows remote authenticated users to execute root commands through SAML configuration. The move_metafile routine inserts the untrusted SAML Name field into mkdir and cp command strings passed to system(), so backticks execute as root. A management-interface account is required; affected releases are 6.3.7 and earlier, 6.2.3 and earlier, 6.1.x, 6.0.x, and 5.9.x.
