Denial of service in Cloud Foundry Foundation CAPI before 1.118.0 allows remote attackers to make the ccdb database unavailable. Multiple V3 REST endpoints translate attacker-supplied label_selectors into enormous SQL queries that exhaust the database. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests interrupt Cloud Controller operations that depend on ccdb.
