Oracle Trade Management 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote attackers to access critical data via HTTP when another person interacts. Oracle has not disclosed the Quotes component's vulnerable operation or endpoint, so the mechanism remains undisclosed. The unauthenticated network attack requires human interaction by a separate person and can also permit unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletes of accessible Trade Management data.
