Account takeover via unrestricted logout redirect

Open redirect in Cloud Foundry Foundation UAA server before 75.4.0 allows remote attackers to redirect users to malicious sites. The logout.do endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled redirect parameter and returns it in the Location header without restricting the destination. Exploitation requires social engineering and victim interaction; a successful chain redirects an authenticated user and, in certain cases, enables account takeover.
