Unauthenticated internal-data access via hard-coded-key SSRF

SSRF in affected VMware Workspace ONE UEM Console 20.0.8, 20.11.0, 21.2.0, and 21.5.0 builds allows remote attackers to read internal data. The unauthenticated Catalog and AirWatch BlobHandler.ashx endpoints decrypt a caller-supplied Url value with a hard-coded default key, then pass the resulting arbitrary URL to ProxyServerResponse without restricting its destination. Network access to either exposed handler is sufficient to make the server send arbitrary HTTP methods and bodies to internal services and return sensitive responses.
