CVE-2021-22001Network attack vector

External IdP access via deletion-response secret exposure

Published Jul 22, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Information disclosure in Cloud Foundry UAA before 75.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read an OAuth 1.0 provider secret. The identity-provider DELETE endpoint serializes the deleted provider configuration into its response without redacting relyingPartySecret. A caller needs zone-administrator or idps.write authority and a configured OAuth 1.0 provider; the exposed secret permits access to the external IdP.
