Owner-equivalent access via predictable key exchange

Authentication bypass in Anker Innovations eufy HomeBase 2 2.1.6.9h allows remote attackers to gain owner-app privileges via UDP packets. The home_security handler accepts unauthenticated opcode 0x0d, decrypts an attacker-supplied RSA key with a predictable AES key, and encrypts the device session key to that RSA key. Network reachability to the UDP service is sufficient; the exchange replaces the authentication key and enables owner-equivalent commands.
